Working with a variety of customers is great and the wide variety of projects that we get to be involved with is fascinating. One of our customers runs an electric car project through a local school and has had Paragon make some very custom cables for it in the past. As some projects go, the process gets delayed for reasons out of the control of the organizers and necessitates the need for some quick turn assistance.
Such is the case with this gas-less vehicle. Parts get back ordered, process gets goofed and labor is not always available. Then when all these things shake free, the need for the connecting links becomes imperative. The cables seem to be the last thought on many projects and this was no different.
These guys needed small quantities of four different cables – in one week. We needed to be able to expedite in the parts and have them arrive in time to build up these unique cables. Success! The Paragon team was able to work with our terrific vendors to procure all necessary items. We completed the builds on time and ready for our customer to charge forward with their electric vehicle project.
